1. Introduction

Welcome to ExcelBlog.com. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of our premium Excel templates and files (the “Licensed Product”), all of which are protected by the Analysistabs® Trademark, owned by Niruka® Technologies LLP. By purchasing and using our Licensed Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our Licensed Products.

2. Definitions

  • Licensed Product: The premium Excel templates, files, and related materials provided by us, all bearing the Analysistabs® Trademark.
  • Single User License: A license permitting one active user to use the Licensed Product on up to two personal devices.
  • License Owner: The individual or entity who purchases the Licensed Product.
  • Content: All text, images, templates, files, documentation, and other materials provided with the Licensed Product.

3. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies solely to the Licensed Product and any updates, modifications, or related documentation provided upon purchase. It governs your rights to use the Licensed Product as detailed herein.

4. Licensed Product & License Details

  • Licensed Product: Single User License to the Analysistabs® Project Management Template (and any other premium templates offered).
  • License Coverage: Permits use by one active user on up to two personal devices.

5. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Product in accordance with this Agreement.

6. Permitted Uses

As the License Owner, you may:

  • Make Copies for Personal Use: Create duplicate copies solely for your own internal use.
  • Remove Branding Prior to Export: Remove our branding before exporting sheets, pages, or slides as PDFs or printing the files.
  • Export as PDF: Export template sheets, pages, or slides as PDFs and share these PDFs with others.
  • Print Hard Copies: Print sheets, pages, or slides and distribute the hard copies as needed.
  • Device Usage: Use the Licensed Product on one or two of your personal devices.
  • Edit Files: Modify the files as needed (using provided passwords for locked sheets), except for the non-editable ReadMe and License sheets.
  • Preserve Copyright Notices: Retain all Analysistabs® trademark and copyright notices within the Licensed Product. (You may hide the License sheet, but it must remain within the file.)

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Sharing the template files (e.g., .xlsx, .xlsm, .docx, .pptx) with any third parties.
  • Allowing anyone other than the License Owner to make copies of the files.
  • Selling the Licensed Product or any copies thereof commercially.
  • Transferring the license to another person.
  • Removing or altering the Analysistabs® trademark, copyright notices, or the License sheet.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Licensed Product, including templates, graphics, documentation, and other content, are the intellectual property of Niruka® Technologies LLP and are protected by the Analysistabs® Trademark and applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Analysistabs® (and Niruka® Technologies LLP) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Licensed Product. You acknowledge that use of the Licensed Product is entirely at your own risk, and we do not guarantee that it meets your specific requirements.

10. Example Files & Sample Data Disclaimer

Our templates and example files include sample data provided solely for demonstration purposes. This sample data is intended to illustrate how the templates work and to help you understand the type of information that can be entered.

Please note that the sample data is dummy data and may not follow any logical or real-world patterns. It is provided as an aid to explain concepts and should not be relied upon for making business or analytical decisions.

Users are encouraged to replace all sample data with their own accurate and relevant data. We are not responsible for any outcomes or decisions based on the use of this sample data.

11. Digital Product Ownership & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, ownership of the Licensed Product is transferred immediately upon delivery or download. Consequently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. If you experience any technical issues with the product or are unable to download the files, please contact us immediately, and we will be available to assist you.

12. VBA Source Code & Module Protection

Some of our templates are developed using Excel and VBA. Please note that our VBA source code and modules are proprietary and are protected under our intellectual property rights. No access will be granted to view or modify these VBA code modules, and any attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code is strictly prohibited.

13. Quality Assurance and Feedback

We develop our templates following industry best practices and test them thoroughly to ensure accuracy and professionalism. We value your feedback and encourage you to share suggestions, report bugs, or request assistance via email at info@analysistabs.com.

14. Modifications and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of the Licensed Product after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Licensed Product and destroy all copies in your possession.
